I don’t know about you, but I love stamps! Kaisercraft is amazing at creating a stamp set to match each collection that they release, but you don’t always have to stick to the style, colour scheme or feel of a collection to create with the stamps.
These are a set of 3 fun cards I have created today using the CS355 Journey Clear Stamp set.
For this card I created the background using a rainbow of inks and then stencilled on some little arrows from the IT492 Direction Template. I then stamped the lanterns in black ink, added a little sentiment from the Journey Paper Pad and embellished with some black pearls and gold thread.
For this card I focussed on the Globe and words in this stamp set.
I first stamped the words all over a white background and then sprayed the background with the Black Kaieser Mist. I then stamped and inked the globes, fussy cut them and foam mounted them across the card. A simple sentiment and a couple wood veneers from the FL651 Journey Flourish Pack finished off this card.
For this card I heat embossed the lanterns in white and did some messy watercolouring. I then fussy cut some the heat embossed lanterns and layered them up on the background. I did use a couple of lanterns from the collectables and a sentiment to finish off the card and drew in string with a gold glitter pen.
So a super simple set of cards but sometimes you just want to get colouring and that is exactly what I did here.. and who doesn’t love a rainbow 🙂
So today I challenge you to do just that. Grab one of your Kaiser Stamps and create something with it, using all those colourful mediums we all have lying around.
Post your entry into the Kaisercraft Corner group with the hashtag #KCStampChallenge3 in the post – and get some loving from our members. To have a chance of winning one of the two $20 Kaisercraft Online Gift Vouchers (where you can build up your supply of Kaisercraft products) you also need to then pop a photo of your entry in the relevant challenge photo album in the group.
Good luck everyone and cannot wait to see your creations.
