Hello, Kaisercraft friends. Donna here sharing a scrapbook layout using the collection, Native Breeze.
I love how colorful this beautiful collection is. I especially love the color palette which is bright and vibrant as well as the flowers and cute wildlife animals.
PRODUCTS USED: NATIVE BREEZE – P2859 Wattle Flower, P2863 Flowering, P2864 Southern Sky
KC PRODUCTS: SK824 Sticker Book, CR224 Curios, CT978 Collectables, CD601 White Cardstock, KM125 Candy, KM122 Yellow, EM405 Doily, T315 Double-Sided Tape, T303 Foam Tape, T321 Acid-Free Craft Glue
I started with white cardstock as the background for this layout. I ripped the edges of Wattle Flower and Flowering papers then placed them to the top left corner and bottom right corner creating a diagonal white space in the middle.
I used a couple of white doilies to mat the photos which I converted to black and white to make it stand out over the colorful elements in the layout.
I fussy cut quite a few flowers and leaves and used lots of stickers from the Sticker book as well. I tucked some of the flowers from the Collectables pack under the layered papers.
To finish off, I splattered watered-down Candy and Yellow Kaisermists. Make sure your photos are covered before doing this step though.
I hope this project inspired you to create using the Native Breeze collection. Although it is Australian-themed, I was still able to use it with a generic, everyday moment photo.
I look forward to seeing your creations over on Kaiser Corner.
