Hello, Kaisercraft friends! It’s Donna here with you today sharing my take on the newest Kaisercraft collection, Fallen Leaves.
I made a simple layout with a bit of mixed media background using some watercolor splashes. I chose colors that coordinate with the Fallen Leaves color palette. Then I also splattered some gold mist and let it dry on its own so it won’t lose it’s natural sheen/sparkle.

I used several papers from the 6.5 paper pad to add some layers as well as the shaped borders that you can also find in the same paper pad.
I adhered the photo on top of the layered papers and I used some foam tape to mount it for added dimension.
I further embellished with flowers, wood flourishes and collectables.
I love that it is simple yet with texture and dimension because of the watercolor splashes and the layers of papers and clusters of embellishments, respectively.
