Hi everyone, welcome to another post on the blog today. I am using the gorgeous new release from this month “Flowering Natives” for a double page layout. I think it’s specially close to my heart because of the Proteas – one of my favourite flowers. And I simply adore this paper range with it on.

Other: White cardstock
I am also showing you this neat trick I have of working around a product that I love but don’;t like using – LETTERING STICKERS! I love them, I see the value of them I just don’t like using them. So instead of not using them, I use them in creative ways. And for this layout I simply cut the lettering portion and used it as a patterned paper piece.

If you think the letters may pop off after years of being in an album, them paint a thin layer of gel medium over the letters to seal them in permanently – it will dry clear and matt and seal them in – for those just in case moments.

I used the collectibles to add some dimension by layering the elements using foam tape.

Barcode strips, sticker strips with some sewing details layered on top of the alphabet sticker piece.

A fun way of using all those beautiful tags is grouping them for repetition on a project. I also use this trick when I only have a few elements left-over from my pack. Those little elements that seem to be forgotten – so I use them in numbers for effect. A few stitches and some diamante add more interest.

A great collection for all those fun traveling photos to see the Proteas, outdoor events like weddings and family gatherings or for those everyday special occasions – because at the end of the day its those little moments that make life big. Until next time – blessings Jowilna! x
