Hello Kaisercraft lovers and welcome to the blog today!
PRODUCTS USED: P2906 Lemon Lime | P2903 Mojito | P2905 Long Island | CT979 Collectables | IT502 Tropical Leaves Stencil | DD474 Cross Lattice Texture Die
WOW! The colours in this collection just grabbed me! So bright and happy. From those beautiful birds to the pretty pink flowers. Just makes me want a holiday. Instead I decided to put the papers to use and scrap a photo of my hubby sitting under a palm tree in our pool at home with a cocktail in hand. The papers were perfect!
I chose the Lemon Lime paper as my background. This was way out of my comfort zone as I almost always use a white background but I loved this paper so thought I would mix it up a little.
To start I added some stencil work using the Tropical Leaves stencil that co-ordinates with the collection and added some leaves to the back ground.
I fussy cut the flowers from the corner of the Long Island paper and then made my paper cluster for my photo to sit on.
Now I start and tuck everything into those layers. I also added in the Cross Lattice texture die too.
Here is a closer look at some of that stencil work and how pretty is that bird!

And thank you so much for stopping by the blog. Today I have a simple layout to share with you.
I am a massive lover of white backgrounds! I love that I can go nuts with lots of clusters and embellishments and put it on a white background and it just all pops. So thats how this layout came about.
First I made that lovely big cluster from the collectables back. I die cut two of the beautiful protea die and also ticked them under along with a doily just to soften it a little.
So by starting with making a little cluster it kind of already gives me an idea where my photo can sit.
I then cut a piece of the Eucalyptus paper and placed it down the right hand side of my page just to ground it a little. I added the branding strip too for a pop of extra colour.
I then made my paper cluster for my photo to sit on and adhere that to my page. Once that is all stuck down I can come back and add the extra details like the other two words (Favourite Day and Memories) which are from the collectable pack along with the wooden flourishes.
Some black stamping and some gemstones and my layout is complete!
So as much as I love mixed media I totally suck at it so this paint splatter stamp is a winner for me! I started by stamping my white cardstock with some Licorice ink before adding a few layers of paper.
I then made a couple of little embellishment clusters for both side sof my layout using the collectables along with some of the stickers found in the sticker sheet.
I also added the wooden flourishes.
Here is a closer look at those little embellishment clusters.
To finish off I die cut the Happy Birthday Balloons die 3 times from and stacked them up. I then added some scraps of the paper behind the balloons.
To “ground” my page I added a couple of the left over branding strips to the bottom of the page along with the candles and make a wish from the sticker book

Kaisercraft products: P2874 | CT974 Collectables | SK820 Sticker Book | DD499 Texture Burlap die | DD630 Floral Frame Die
Oh my – seriously I think this would have to be my most favourite collection so far this year! I am a huge fan of pink and this collection is just so soft and feminine. Love everything about it from the little frames and key locks to those stunning florals and soft dreamy papers!
I started by adding a bit of texture to a white background and adhereing some of the Burlap die to a white piece of cardstock.
From there I made my flower cluster and cut out the middle of those frames. Dont throw the little quotes away as they will come in handy for another project. I also added some doilys just to give it a really girly look.
I printed my photo in black and white just to keep the whole feel of the layout soft and pretty even tho the photo also has my boys in. Using pink doesnt bother me at all.
I have also used the floral frame die and added a little bit of patterned paper to the back of the flower just for a little something extra.
I loved creating with this collection. Im sure I will be creating a few more projects with it. Dont forget we would love to see your creations too on our Kaisercraft Corner page on Facebook.

Kaisercraft products: P2818 Ho Ho Ho | P2816 Minty | P2814 Holly Jolly | CT969 Collectables | FL656 Wooden Flourishes
I always seem to struggle with Christmas layouts. There always seems to be so many photos and I am the sort of person who generally sticks to one or two pics on a page so I challenged myself this time and managed to get 4 pics on this layout. All of my boys!
To start I used the “Ho Ho Ho” piece and cut the candy strip in half to place half along the top and half along the bottom of my 12 x 12 white cardstock.
I then cut a strip “Minty” (using the spotty side) and a strip of “Holly Jolly” to sit over the top. Using the reverse of “Minty” I punched a strip and tucked it under along with a doily that I cut in half.
Next make some tags from Kraft cardstock and adhere your photos to them.
Using the collectables, make your embellishment cluster for the bottom of your layout along with the top. I also added a couple of the wooden flourishes for the top cluster.
