This gorgeous range from Kaisercraft has everything and so much more for all your memory keeping themes. From babies to wedding, family and friends this range is perfect for it all. I had this gorgeous photo of my friends’ baby and it was begging to be used on this layout.
Le Belle Collection: PK627 Le Belle Paper Pack | Paris Posy | Birdcage | CT997 | Collectables | PP1096 | Paper Pad Other: sewing thread, walnut ink, foam tape, diamante, pearls
I used one of the barcode strips and adhered it about one third from the bottom of the “Birdcage” patterned paper, that I used as my background. I added flowers under it as well as flowers layered over the top using foam tape for a fun effect.
A few sewn stitches and some pearls add a nice finishing touch to an otherwise plain barcode strip. I combined die-cut collectibles with my cut out flowers scattered across the layout.
On the side of my photo I combined some collectibles and embellishments. A small stitch adds a nice detail holding the elements together.
Dimension and layers are key for this fun scattered floral design. I love how these flowers fussy cut from the patterned paper look together. The colours are soft and delicate without disappearing – a perfect combination of classy, elegant and feminine. I can see myself doing so much more with this wonderful range of papers.
We hope you are inspired by this amazing range and can’t wait to see so many wonderful creations by all of you. Thanks for stopping by until next time – keep on creating! Jowilna xxx
Hi everyone, It’s Chrissy here with you today sharing my latest layout using the gorgeous “Fallen Leaves” Kaisercraft collection – this range features beautiful patterns & leaves in a rich, earthy colour palette of golds, greens and browns.
Kaisercraft Products Fallen Leaves collection:P2919 Crunchy x 2|P2921 Cosy Corner x 2|P2923 Warm Breeze|P2926 Morning Dew x 2|CS381 Clear Stamp|PP1087 6.5 x 6.5 Paper Pad|CT 981 Collectables Set.
Other Products:Gold DMC Thread|Acetate Sheet
I started by using the dark green side of one of the Cosy Corner papers as my base, just to give that green edge to my layout. I then layered on the morning Dew paper and then at an angle another Cosy Corner paper.
I stitched a border around the second shaped dark green paper, then layered this on top.
I fussy cut lots of the leaves from the other papers & paper pad, I also used the leaf in the stamp set, stamped over the big gold leaves then fussy cut them out
I then layered up all the leaves, some in the bottom lefthand corner of my photo
………and layered them in the top right hand corner of my photo
I like to build up my clusters, i use foam pads to do this, which then gives it height and dimension
I love building up height and dimension on my layouts – shape your clusters and use foam pads to get this look.
Hi Everyone, it is nice to be back with a post and inspiration using this gorgeous collection – “Little Treasures” which features balloons and bunnies in wonderful pastel colours, just perfect for your precious baby photo’s.
Products Used: P2930 x 2 Sweet Dreams|P2933 x 1 Baby Steps|P2932 x 2 Cuddles|CT982 Little Treasures Collectables|CD301 Snow Kaiser Card
Other Products Used: Coordinating cotton|Gold Rhinestones
These are such beautiful papers to work with, I love layering up my base for my layout and add some colour coordinating stitching.
I layered my photo of Merley onto a centre circle of snow Kaiser Card and made a frill around the edge.
These papers were great for fussy cutting, I had so much fun and it is very relaxing, I did have to use more than one of the same paper, but think it was worth it.
I also like to layer up the fussy cut elements to give height.
I use foam pads in between all the layers – to finish I added a little gold bling to the centres of the flowers.
I was inspired by this paper, Pink Plaster, in the collection and I knew I wanted to use it in my project. To highlight the tile patterns a bit more, I got the smaller patterns from the 6.5 paper pad and I fussy cut them one by one then adhered/placed them in an overlapping way.
I used tons of the flowers in the Collectables pack as well as some pieces from the 6.5 paper pad and Sticker book. Foam tape can add height to some of the flat embellishments creating depth or dimension.
I hope you liked my layout today. Thank you for dropping by and see you all in my next post!
Good morning how are you? Sometimes a collection comes along and you have an instant love for it this NEW collection – Grand Bazzar is this for me. Today I am sharing with you how to showcase all the amazing pattern in this collection.
Hi Everyone, Chrissy here with my first project for December using the gorgeous & exotic “Grand Bazaar” collection. I love the bright rich colours in this collection and the flowers on the “Boho Paisley” paper were just perfect for fussy cutting.
Kaisercraft Products Used: Grand Bazaar – P2866 Folklore|P2867 Ceramic Tiles x3|P2868 Boho Paisley x 2|FL662 Flourish Pack|
Other Products Used:SB793 Black Pearls|CD324 Crimson Kaisercard|Red Thread for sewing
I used the Crimson Kaisercard for my base, I love adding coordinating card stock as a frame for my layouts. On top of this I matted the reverse side of the “Folklore” paper and added bright red hand stitching. On top of this I matted the mustard side of the “Ceramic Tiles” paper (with more stitching) I fussy cut all the tiles from another piece of the “Ceramic Tiles” paper.
I picked out the tiles from the paper with mainly the dark blues & reds on them. The Wooden flourishes make great titles, I coloured the “Thankful for you” Flourish using black and yellow ink pads.
I fussy cut the flowers from the “Boho Paisley” paper and arranged them around my photo, I love the detail on these flowers
This layout has lots of height, I love using foam pads to some of the fussy cut flowers to achieve this. I also like to curl and shape them.
I loved using this beautiful collection and hope i have inspired you to have a play – and look forward to seeing your creations using it over on Kaiser Corner.
You can find this beautiful collection and other Kaisercraft products over on the Kaisercraft website
Good morning how are you? What do you think of this months collections? They are very inspiring and today I am here to share with you a fairly quick and easy layout especially when we are getting to the crazy part of the year where we want to scrap but we are finding it increasingly harder with time, family and all that that goes with the festive season.
I added some texture first using the PELAGIC paper (reverse) as the background, with stencil and molding paste.
I also loved how the Texture Netting decorative die added to the mixed media background as well as to the clusters and layers of papers, flourishes and die cuts under and around the photo.
I kept the wood flourishes as is to mix with the color palette of the collection. Then I stamped in random places using the clear stamp and Denim ink pad. I have a tip for you as well, don’t throw away the paper product strips, you can use it like I did here, to add some wonderful word arts to your layout.
That’s all from me today. I hope you liked my layout as much as I do.
